The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA) is a special purpose agency formed to project manage the urban regeneration of the Port Elizabeth inner city and the extended mandate area, of which the Art Journey is one of our projects.
The creative arts industry is recognized and supported by the MBDA as a place making tool for urban renewal.
